Trine Adjustable Figure-8 Posture Corrector
Estimated delivery: 8–14 business days
Stop slouching through your workday. Comfortable enough to wear from your first coffee to your last meeting.
Hours at a desk don't just round your shoulders... they train your body to stay that way.
Trine's posture corrector uses a comfort-first figure-8 design to gently guide your shoulders back into place, so good posture starts to feel natural again instead of something you have to constantly think about.
Built different from the posture correctors you've tried before.
- Figure-8 design — no threading your arms through loops or wrestling with a vest. Wrap it around, clip it in front, done.
- Fully adjustable straps — order with confidence using our size guide, not a "one-size-hopefully-fits" guess.
- Lower strap sits below the armpit — designed to avoid the rubbing and pinching that ruins most correctors within a week.
- Breathable, perforated straps — built for a full workday, not just a quick photo.
- Low-profile fit — thin enough to wear under a shirt or blouse. Nobody in your next video call will know.
Made for how you actually work.
Whether you're back-to-back on calls from home or grinding through a full shift at a desk, this brace works quietly under your clothes... no bulk, no visible straps, no reason to explain yourself.

Honestly pretty impressed with this. I sit at a desk all day and catch myself slouching constantly. This doesn't feel super aggressive, but you definitely notice when your shoulders start rounding forward. Been using it while working and it's helped a lot.
Really like this thing. Took me a few tries to get the straps adjusted right but once I did it was comfortable. I mostly wear it around the house or when I'm on my laptop. It's a nice little reminder to sit up straight.
Simple but works. I didn't want one of those huge posture braces that looks like you're wearing a medical device. This one is pretty small and easy to hide under a shirt. Definitely makes me notice when I'm slouching.
Wasn't expecting much for the price but it's actually pretty good. You can feel it pulling your shoulders back without being super uncomfortable. I usually wear it for an hour or two while studying and it does the job.
Works well, just took a bit to figure out how tight I wanted it. If you make it too tight it's obviously not very comfortable, but once I adjusted it properly it was fine. Good for reminding me not to hunch over my computer.
I've had this for a couple weeks now and use it almost every day. I originally bought it because I realized how bad my posture was getting from sitting at my desk all day. It doesn't force you into some crazy position, it just reminds you to straighten up. Exactly what I wanted.
This is way less annoying to wear than I expected. I forget I'm wearing it sometimes. The straps are easy enough to adjust and it doesn't take up much room under a hoodie or loose shirt.
Good little product. I wear it when studying and especially when I'm on my laptop for a long time. As soon as I start slouching I can feel it and automatically straighten myself out. That's really all I needed it for.
It definitely works, although I wouldn't wear it all day. After a while the straps get a little uncomfortable around my arms. For shorter periods though, it's great and it makes me more aware of my posture.
Bought this mostly because I was tired of people telling me I was slouching. It actually helps. It's not uncomfortable and there's no complicated setup. Just adjust the straps and put it on. Been using it at my desk and it's been useful.
Super simple and that's what I like about it. No weird buckles or complicated instructions. Put it on, adjust it and you're done. It gives you enough of a pull that you notice when you're slouching but it's not forcing your shoulders back.
Pretty happy with it. The first day I had it way too tight and thought I wouldn't like it, but after loosening it up it's actually comfortable. Recommend taking a few minutes to get the adjustment right.
